Refund Schedule
for Boston TEFL Course Withdrawals

Please Read Carefully! Online CTEFL The Online component of the CTEFL Course is three weeks in length. Please Note: For Online Courses, a "scheduled week" is considered to start on Sunday and end the following Saturday. 100% From the date of original registration until the start date of the course* 75% From the start date of the course through the third day of the course 50% Prior to the start of the second scheduled week of the course** 25% Anytime during the second scheduled week of the course*** 0% After the end of the second scheduled week of the course No refund is given after the second course week. *Application and change in registration fees are not refunded. A $50 withdrawal processing fee is deducted from the 100 percent refund. ** Administration must be notified by the end of the day Saturday (U.S. Eastern Time) prior to the start of Week 2. *** Students who withdraw prior to the end of the second course week are eligible to reschedule once for a future course with no penalty. Students who must reschedule more than once will be charged a penalty of US$75. Please choose your course dates carefully!
